Installation Techniques

Machining
All Fluxtrol products have excellent machinability that allows the user to make controllers of any geometry, including parts with wall thickness less than one millimeter.
Assembling
Magnetic, electrical, thermal and mechanical aspects must be considered for proper selection of the material, its treatment and methods of its application to the Induction heating coil (assembling).
Protection
With additional protection (etching, coating, impregnation), the controllers can work in the most challenging and demanding environments.
Maintenance
Proper maintenance will ensure reliable performance and a long lifetime for magnetic controllers and whole induction coils.
